Woman pleads guilty over deaths of four paddleboarders in Pembrokeshire
Andrea Powell, 41, Morgan Rogers, 24, Nicola Wheatley, 40, and Paul O'Dwyer, 42, died after getting into difficulty in the River Cleddau at a weir in the West Wales town of Haverfordwest in October 2021.
