SpaceX Starship rocket explodes during test flight – as ‘space launch debris’ grounds flights in Florida
SpaceX said the Starship rocket experienced "a rapid unscheduled disassembly" during ascent. Flights were grounded at some Florida airports as a result of debris, but operations are now running normally.
