Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs lawyers argue ‘racist’ criminal charge should be dismissed
In a new legal document, lawyers for Sean "Diddy" Combs have filed a motion to dismiss one of the criminal charges against him, saying he "has been singled out because he is a powerful black man". The rapper, who is facing a trial in May, has strenuously denied allegations of wrongdoing.
