Boy, 5, ‘incinerated’ after pressurised oxygen chamber explodes in US

A pressurised oxygen chamber at the Oxford Centre in Michigan claimed the life of Thomas Cooper "within seconds" of exploding and bursting into flames. Four people have been charged over his death.
